We keep hearing how Obama may or may not have been born in Hawaii. His birth certificate is apparently off limits to the public. The truth will eventually sort itself out but The Insomniac wonders what the ramifications would be if it turns out that he is not qualified to be President.
What happens to all the bills and executive orders he signs and has signed? Will they be null and void? Does that also mean that he would be an illegal alien since he is not a naturalized citizen either? Would Sonia Sotomayor be a legitimate Supreme Court Justice?
Would he be required to reimburse his salary and the expenses racked up by the presidential trips? Would he be financially resposible for the secret service detail that has been provided for him and his family? Would he have to pay back rent for living in the White House and the moving expenses associated with being evicted from that prestigious mansion?
